WE ARE TIMS

This Is My Story (TIMS) is where young people get asked what they want, instead of being told; they are listened to, instead of ignored, and they are connected with, instead of judged. We run holistic; strength- based personal development programmes; 1 to 1 life coaching and mentoring; street-based youth work; community engagement programmes, and client-centred development programmes for private, public and VCSE sectors.

STORIES

TIMS takes a strength based approach that is both holistic and person-centred. It promotes self-awareness and self-realisation – as well as providing mental, emotional, and ultimately the prospect of economic, wellbeing. We work with people who at this point in their lives are more likely to be looking at what doesn’t work.

We strengthen communities by building young people’s resilience and catering for those who are at their lowest. We work in disadvantaged communities with ‘the hardest to reach’ – those who do not know where to look for help and are difficult to engage.
